ERRA LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the ERRA Analytics platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days after deletion.
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
- AI chat history: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 14).
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
- Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plaintext.
